I love it in salads, I love it (hidden) in meatballs, I love it baked in all kinds of casseroles, and I especially love it in green smoothie. Read more

This zucchini soup is AMAZING! It has so much flavor and little bit of texture, and what is most important it is very satisfying – like, it would keep you full for a long period of time (in my case 4-5 hours, which is great).
My mom used to make this soup for my brother and I, when we were kids, and we loved it! At least I did haha, but I know that he wasn’t complaining about it.
When I started making my own zucchini soup, I realized how easy and quick this recipe is! No really, you need like 15 minutes to make it!

Two – You are coming back home from work, feeling hungry, and all you can think about the bread that you have baked, by yourself, the night before, and the perfect thing is that you can make the most beautiful sandwiches, so you won’t spend much time preparing the dinner for yourself.
If you have been or would like to be in any of these, or similar situations, this is the right recipe for you. Read more
