Satarash (originally sataraš) is a traditional South-Eastern European stew-like dish made out of onions, bell peppers and ripe tomatoes. My mother makes it, and her mother used to make it, and now I am making it. This dish is one of the rare vegetable dishes that children LOVE to eat. I grew up eating it, and every time I smell the scent of fried onions and bell peppers, my mount starts to water. Read more

This zucchini soup is AMAZING! It has so much flavor and little bit of texture, and what is most important it is very satisfying – like, it would keep you full for a long period of time (in my case 4-5 hours, which is great).
My mom used to make this soup for my brother and I, when we were kids, and we loved it! At least I did haha, but I know that he wasn’t complaining about it.
When I started making my own zucchini soup, I realized how easy and quick this recipe is! No really, you need like 15 minutes to make it!

One – You sat down for breakfast with you lovely family on a Saturday morning, and all you can smell is the freshly baked loaf of bread. All of you just can’t wait to tear it apart and eat it with butter and a cup of herbal tea, while the crust is still crunchy and warm.
Two – You are coming back home from work, feeling hungry, and all you can think about the bread that you have baked, by yourself, the night before, and the perfect thing is that you can make the most beautiful sandwiches, so you won’t spend much time preparing the dinner for yourself.
